22 jy offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

• The welcome bonus is available to newly registered users only, once per account.
• Each bonus has a specified wagering requirement — typically between 20x and 40x.
• Winnings from bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus validity periods typically range from 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.

All games on 22 jy operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is completely fair and random.

• In the event of a technical issue during a game, 22 jy will honour results up to the last confirmed round.
• Odds in Sports Betting may change at any time. The odds at the moment a bet is confirmed are final.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the related bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded.
• 22 jy is not responsible for disconnections during live betting. Make sure to save your bet confirmation notifications.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.

If you wish to dispute the outcome of any game, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this window will not be accepted.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in account closure by 22 jy, and your balance may be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Harassing other users or staff members.
• Verifying an account using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. However, 22 jy also reserves the right to close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• By order of a court or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Upon normal account closure, any remaining valid balance will be refunded. However, if the account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance may be forfeited. Inactive accounts may be charged a maintenance fee of ৳100 per month.

22 jy is an entertainment platform. Gaming carries financial risk, and by participating you are assumed to be accepting that risk of your own free will.

• 22 jy is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gaming.
• No compensation will be provided for games lost due to internet disconnection.
• 22 jy is not liable for errors caused by third-party software or game providers.
• 22 jy is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
